- Set Office Hours : Our State College location is open from 9 : 00A to 5 : 00P with minimal work needs outside these hours which would be communicated and scheduled well in advance.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Address client inquiries professionally and resolve any issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
Input and update customer, employee, or inventory data in the system.
