Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York
- Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required)
- CPR Certification
- Location Flexibility: Select where you work with cases available in all of NY's 5 boroughs
- Flexible scheduling
- Independent contractor position
- Yearly Equipment Stipend
- Referral Bonus
Salary : $70 - $90
