Job Summary:
We are looking for a resourceful Physical Therapy Aide to support our physical therapists. In this role, you will assist with patient intake, prepare equipment and treatment areas, and help move mobility-challenged patients to designated locations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily operations in a physical therapy facility and be able to work effectively under the supervision of physical therapists.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to observe and report patient progress.
- Previous experience in a physical therapy setting is a plus (but not required).
