\n- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
- 1 year of Home Health, Outpatient experience preferred as a Occupational Therapist
- Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
- Interest in working with both Pediatric and Geriatric patients
- Excellent communication between the office staff and therapists
- Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols
- Manage a minimum caseload of 16-17 patients
