General Laborer

As a leading provider of high-quality architectural panels and steel products, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and products to our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting with general construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Responsibilities: - Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles- Operate machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks- Assist with the assembly and installation of architectural panels and steel products- Perform general construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequirements: - High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity- Ability to work well in a team environment- Basic math and measurement skills- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWe offer competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
