General Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. Duties

• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products on the assembly line.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform various tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, factory, or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
