What we’re looking for in a Administrative Assistant
- Skilled: Able to consistently oversee processes to coordinate short-term vacation rentals and long-term property tenants and leases. Able to communicate well with guests, tenants, vendors, and contractors to address needs, questions, and repairs. Able to coordinate marketing to increase short-term rental income and long-term tenant occupancy. Able to monitor company-held assets and to coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure long-term income and value for customers and owners. Provide administrative support and development of processes for potential new business ventures. Ability to use technology (AI) to streamline current processes. Flexibility for office and field work involving travel for property inspections. Excellent computer and technology aptitude and skills.
- Knowledgeable: Experience and competency in creating, following and maintaining processes and monitoring systems. Experience in effectively communicating with vendors and clients. Prior experience with hospitality and communications to ensure a quality guest experience.
- Passionate: Eager to maintain, grow and improve existing processes and excited about building and improving established ventures and creating value in new opportunities. Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills.
- Team Player: Self-motivated. Hard worker. Excellent communicator.
