Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer, is looking for an experienced inventory control specialist. The ideal candidate will maintain the organization's inventory, order, and supply necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Manage warehouse activities, including shipping, returns, inventory, and delivery. Your goal will be to control all product inventory, outbound and inbound, and report any variances. This position will work closely with the warehouse team and supply chain but reports directly to the COO and is responsible for the inventory dollars.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Organizes and maintains all warehouse stock inventories
· Daily cycle counting
· Controls inventory at receiving and putaway
· Controls all returns
· Maneuvers heavy materials using a hand-operated pallet jack and hand truck, lifting, and moving heavy boxes as required
· Assists shipping area with package procedures as requested
· Tracks inventory levels of stock and raw material
· Reports any concerns or discrepancies to management
· Track and manage inventory to maintain 100% accuracy
· Develops and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are accurate
· Identifies and optimizes everyday inventory items
· Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and promptly
· Any other duties may be assigned
What It Takes to Succeed
· You have 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Control
· You have mastered Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· You have excellent technical skills and have worked with different office equipment
· You have mastered being organized and have a keen eye for detail
· You are a Self-Starter looking for an opportunity to prove yourself and advance
· You can prioritize and manage expectations
· You have exhibited the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
· You enjoy working independently and naturally hold yourself accountable
· You can communicatearticulately and efficiently with your team members
· Experience with NetSuite is a plus
· Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands
· Requires to be physically active for long periods
· Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
· Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
· Able to drive a forklift
Hours
· Must work at least 40 hours per week and be available during regular office hours and job hours that may vary depending upon other established duties and responsibilities as directed by leadership and any additional time required to meet goals and objectives, which may require work some weekends as needed.
