Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending and serving or a related field such as restaurant or catering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register duties.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Experience in nightclub settings is a plus but not mandatory.
