Job Summary

We're seeking a high-agency Family Law Attorney Associate ready to leverage frontier model AI systems (GenAI/LLMs), enhanced workflows, and premier case management software to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Duties

• Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with powerful litigation skills
• Master and apply frontier AI systems to enhance legal research, document analysis, and case strategy
• Utilize premier case management software to maintain meticulous organization of complex caseloads
• Draft compelling legal documents that combine AI-enhanced efficiency with sound legal reasoning
• Develop and implement innovative workflows that streamline case management without sacrificing quality
• Maintain comprehensive client communication with the support of integrated digital platforms
• Apply thorough knowledge of family law statutes, precedents, and procedures in all case matters
• Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school with active Arizona bar license
• Strong foundation in family law principles, statutes, and courtroom procedures
• High agency mindset—self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to legal detail
• Adaptability and willingness to integrate advanced AI tools into legal practice
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards while embracing innovation
• Capacity for managing a high caseload while maintaining quality representation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
