About us

Paradise Ranch Pet Resort in Los Angeles (specifically, Sun Valley, which is near Burbank) provides cage-free dog boarding in a true home environment. Our facility is nothing like a kennel, and there are no cages. We pride ourselves in providing your pets with the best boarding experience where the day care and overnight care of your domestic pet is “trusted above all the rest”.

We also provide the finest in dog training, and our dog trainers can handle all forms of dog obedience training; from puppy behavior to on-leash and off-leash. (For the safety of our cage-free guests and staff, we no longer offer anti-aggression training for aggressive dogs.)

Our valued clients come from all over Los Angeles county, including the areas of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, La Canada, Santa Clarita, Santa Monica, Malibu, and the San Fernando Valley, just to name a few!

Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong customer service orientation. The Office Assistant should also have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must be an animal lover as you will be exposed to a number of dogs on a daily basis. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS !

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in office setting.
  • MUST send in a resume to be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends only

  • Office: 1 year (Preferred)
