Job Description
Paradise Valley Plaza is looking for a customer service representative. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and has a positive attitude. We are seeking someone who is eager to work in a team environment and help our other team members.
Essential Functions:
- Greet customers as they enter and exit the store
- Answer customer questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner
- Provide products and services to help customers resolve issues that occur within the company or at the customer's location
- Communicate with customers about product prices, product availability, return information, or other products or services that would benefit from further discussion with the customer service department
- Complete back office tasks such as filing, inventory, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
