**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that support our organizational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Payroll, hiring, Benefits administration, compliance.
- Experience in the education sector, particularly with charter schools, is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
