PGInnovations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for leadership, sales, and support as well as maintaining office systems and assisting with the management of office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Managing inventory and office supplies
- Scheduling calendars for service teams
- Organizing and maintaining files and records in both physical and digital formats
- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper information for jobs is available
- Assisting Creative Team in Design and Distribution of Vision and Inspiration Boards
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Assisting with Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Assisting in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial tasks
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software

Compensation/Benefits:
· $18-$22/HR with pay increases as responsibilities grow
