Paragon are executing a search on a behalf of a boutique trading firm, specialising in equity/macro and also recently HFT - their unique approach to elite technologist hiring has given them an edge and made them one of the fastest growing quant funds in 2024.
Hiring plans for the end of this year and moving into 2025 include bringing in an elite Software Engineer's to work on the core trading infrastructure used by the portfolio managers and quants.
The systems are in their initial stages to some degree, so this is a unique chance to iterate new solutions with stakeholders, design and deliver trading software to the highest standard.
We are looking for the top 1% in these hires, other recent placements have come from a myriad of elite trading firms and big tech houses.
We are looking for 3-10 years experience, and we need experience in a financial setting (ideally working with quants/traders to deliver data products)
