One of the worlds most successful investment and technology development firms is seeking a highly skilled, senior network development engineer to join their quantitative systems team.
You'll be joining to take ownership of developing configuration management tooling to manage the network upscale as the company grows in size and complexity.
As well as being a very strong network engineer we're seeking an equally competent developer who'll be responsible for building and then shipping top quality code. Previous experience working in a tier one trading firm is preferred.
- Design and build robust tools to automate network configuration management processes.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of tools to support a growing network infrastructure
- Write high-quality, maintainable code for network tooling using appropriate programming languages (e.g., Python, Go).
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of code before deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end process of shipping code to production.
