PARAGON specializes in consultation, design, supply, and installation of technical products such as doors, frames, hardware, lighting fixtures, and lighting controls on new hotel projects across the nation. Paragon is well positioned for future growth and is continually expanding its internal capabilities and external resources. We are adding a Contract Hardware Project Manager Commercial Doors and Hardware to our team!
Reporting to the VP of Operations - Door and Hardware Division, he / she will manage door, frame, hardware, and electronic card lock material and installation projects for new hotels under construction. Paragon Project Managers are responsible for client communications, purchase order detailing, coordinating billing, managing shipping schedules, technical support, site visits, installation coordination, punch out and warranty.

- Pay : Starting at $85,000 depending on experience scaled relative to experience, plus bonuses
- Benefits : Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, and PTO.
- Schedule : M-F, 8-5 Typical, Flextime and limited work from home available after initial training
