Job Description :
This Senior level Civil Engineer / Premises Liability Consultant is expected to be a lead consultant on forensic cases pertaining to personal injury lawsuits or claims. This role will include responsibility for case management, including the review and analysis of file material, performance of inspections, and collaboration with support staff. The Civil Engineer / Premises Liability Consultant will predominantly evaluate conditions of property that allegedly cause or contribute to injurious events and / or property damage. The Civil Engineer may also address questions regarding construction and building related practices and safety. This position may also involve support on other cases which Paragon staff are working on. As the lead consultant on cases, this position requires providing expert testimony through depositions, arbitration and trials, as well as writing reports and declarations.
Compensation :
100,000 to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience, paid monthly
