What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Warranty Administrator position at Paragon Honda?
Paragon Honda is looking for detail oriented individual to ensure all warranty claims are compliant with Honda policy and procedures. You will be the main point of contact at the dealership for warranty claims between the staff onsite and the company that submits ours claims to Honda.
```Duties:```
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Process and follow up on 3rd part warranty claims when needed
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain warranty records and files
-Communicate with Warranty claims company and provide support
- Assist with warranty audits and inspections
- Provide support to the service department as needed
```Skills:```
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures is preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
