Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Understand client needs and tailor product solutions to meet their business goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management
- Proven experience as an Account Sales Representative or similar role in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
