Job Overview:
The Marketing and Community Outreach Director will be responsible for driving growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across all platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms.
- Analyze metrics to optimize performance and reach.
- In-Person Marketing Events:
- Organize, coordinate, and attend community health fairs, expos, and other events to promote the practice.
- Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, attorneys, and primary care physicians to drive referrals.
- SEO & Digital Marketing:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve online visibility.
- Execute email and text marketing campaigns to engage current and potential clients.
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually compelling promotional materials for digital and print marketing.
- Educational Initiatives:
- Coordinate and host lunch-and-learn sessions and continuing education events in-office for professionals.
- Analytics and Office Support:
- Track and report metrics such as patient retention, referral sources, and campaign performance.
- Implement strategies based on data to enhance business growth and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in social media management, graphic design, and SEO.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
