Job Description:
The Alarm Systems Specialist will be responsible for monitoring CCTV screens trained on sensitive areas/critical assets, analyzing images displayed of an authorized or unauthorized presence within the range of the CCTV camera, and immediately supplying information to the proper agency concerning unauthorized activity/activation based on images displayed on CCTV and dispatching proper units to the scene.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic security systems, including alarm panels/monitors, callboxes, maintenance-related items, intrusion detection systems, video motion detection systems, and various security alarms. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
