The Technical Project Manager supports our customer’s IT Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure solutions governance team. This role will lead the evolution of review processes, templates, and case histories, enabling seamless support for both the review and development teams to optimize delivery cadence while maintaining governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply outstanding project management skills, as well as hands-on IT infrastructure engineering know-how, to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical requirements.
- Excel at identifying areas for enhancement and implementing lightweight interventions to drive continual improvement for constant refinement of products, services, and major project initiatives.
- As a key member of the review board, develop a deep understanding of the process and objectives, providing valuable guidance to engineering teams on behalf of the review board.
- Ensure Agile governance practices are applied and adhered to across all functional teams including meetings and ceremonies, use of Agile tools, constant feedback loops using transparent communications, demos, and retrospectives.
- Handling the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the governance process for IT Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure that will ensure excellence in the delivery of products and services in the following critical areas :
Operations (processes, KPIs, maintainability)
