Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation tools to support business operations and decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and insights, and developing automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics tools to collect, review, and analyze data from business operations, including KPIs and other key metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders using data analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain automated processes and workflows to optimize business operations and drive efficiency gains.
- Assist with project planning activities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and performance monitoring.
- Drive project management efforts across diverse initiatives, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and performance monitoring. Implement process automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-driven solutions that address business needs.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide insights to support strategic decision-making initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and a passion for driving innovation through automation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage projects across a diverse set of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
