Position Overview
Microsoft Power Platform Lead (VP level)
Full-time, direct hire
Up to $195k base plus bonus & benefits

This VP level Power Platform Lead is an experienced hire and will lead a technical team in the development of a Data platform. The data platform will be built on Microsoft technologies specifically the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, as well as SQL and Azure.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years experience of Software Development experience (Microsoft tech stack)
- 5 years experience in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- 5 years experience of successfully leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL databases and programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong process mapping skills.
- Experience working within an Agile Scrum team using JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Salary : $150,000 - $196,000
