What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Parallel Distribution?
Hey, we are a team of three software engineers from San Francisco who recently moved to New York and started an advertising business. We have a very unique insight which has led to a meteoric rise in revenue from $0 to $135k/mo in under 6 months.
We have effectively no competition and a clear path to an extremely profitable, scalable business.
We have very little in the way of systems and processes, as you might be able to tell by this job posting. We're looking for someone to come in and define what operational excellence means at our company.
Joining us would probably be one of the weirdest experiences of your life, and you'd be walking through a one-way door.
You'd need to wear many hats; but to start, you'd be doing sales operations, customer onboarding and customer success.
Here's a few things that might be true about you:
- Type A personality
- Experience in an operational role as an account manager, chief of staff or similar
- Experience working directly with customers, whether in sales, customer success or an equivalent
- Interested in TikTok or marketing
- You might have experience working at a marketing agency or adtech business
- You may have experience working at a deep tech startup
- You've written code before but not as part of your job (maybe you took CS 101 in college but it wasn't for you)
We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience who knows how to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
