Parallel Employment is currently hiring for a machine operator role at our client company in East Troy, WI. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment and performing duties to prepare material for storage or shipment.
Our client offers long-term positions with competitive pay rates starting between $18.00-$21.00/hour. There is also a shift premium.
1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday
2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday
3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate finishing equipment including straightener, saw, and furnace
- Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and tape measures
- Evaluate and assist in solving problems associated with quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
- Trainable and able to demonstrate comprehension on various types of equipment and machinery
- Strong general mechanical skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment
