Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a small family-owned agriculture company, is seeking a qualified Administrative / Accounting Support Clerk to join its team. In addition to accounting functions, this role would support the retail side of the business.
Hours : 8 am - 4 : 30 pm
Wage : $22-24 / hr - based on experience
- Supporting Controller with accounts payable / receivable functions
- Answering phones
- Data entry or orders and payments
- Processing invoices for mail
- Monthly reporting
- Supporting cashing out retail customers as needed
- Various project work
- Filing, faxing, file management
