Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assists in compiling data from fiscal, administrative and statistical reports as assigned.
- Assures accuracy and completeness of financial reports as assigned.
- Maintains Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables as assigned.
- Prepares payrolls and maintains required records as assigned.
- Completes agency bank transactions and reconciliations as assigned.
- Answers telephone; routes call to appropriate staff member, takes and routes messages or provides requested information as required.
- Billing for Accounts Receivable (i.e. Medicaid, Medicare and 3rd party insurance and subcontracts.) as assigned.
- Scan, file and maintain documents for Business Office.
- Prepares quarterly reporting for various federal, and state agencies as assigned.
- Complete all mandatory agency training within the first three months of employment and annual updates as required.

Required Qualification:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or closely related field, - OR -
- High School Diploma plus two (2) years full time experience in accounting field.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products, Internet, and email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of UKG
- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
