- Coordinates with editor-in-chief in setting goals and creating budgets.
- Aligning operations to best meet organization goals.
- Strategize and implement plans that meet organization objectives/goals while effectively managing potential challenges.
- Managing contractors, vendors, and associated contracts and agreements.
- Interprets PVA policy and procedures in working with advertisers, subscribers, and suppliers.
- Oversee advertising support services.
- Work with the HR department to implement hiring procedures within PVA Magazines.
- Direct supervisory responsibilities for the circulation manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
- 3-5 minimum years’ experience in business management
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- 5-6 years Minimum Supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Travel (5%)
