Property Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess their performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Have experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
- Be organized and able to maintain an inventory of all equipment and supplies and be responsible for them.
- Be able to work independently and be able to manage time wisely.
- Be responsible for completing all maintenance work orders/service requests in a timely manner.
- Complete the make-ready process of vacant units as needed, in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for scheduling and monitoring all work outside vendors/contractors perform.
- Assure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all work-related activities fairly, ethically, and consistently.
