What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Branding Coordinator position at Parametrics Medical?
This role is an opportunity to work on branding and marketing a unique family of companies that include real estate, medical product development, ranching, hunting and hospitality. We are looking for an individual with skills and drive to work directly with the owners to develop branding, websites, social media presence, content, consistent strategies, and local outreach.
The ideal candidate is proficient working in content creation platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to develop interactive media content, has the ability to either build or coordinate website development and is excited to build the brand and tell engaging stories via social media platforms.
This position will be hired through Parametrics and managed directly by the owners/founders of multiple companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with owners to develop, implement, and track lead generation, social media campaigns, email campaigns, website maturation, events, and marketing collateral
- Utilize customer relationship management software to accelerate marketing programs
- Content management for interactive media content
- Maintain efficient filing and backup procedures for graphics materials
- Other graphic design and marketing communications responsibilities as required
- Utilize correct grammar and spelling in all marketing materials
- Create and adhere to the style guide in all marketing materials
- Develop a working knowledge of each industry and company
- Manage third-party vendors like graphics designers and website developers
Required & Preferred Qualifications:
- This is an in-office position and will require travel to 3 local offices in and near Leander and Liberty Hill
- Proficient in content creation platforms like Canva or Adobe CS, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Proficient working in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional level written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, public relations, business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Astra, and basic web design is preferred
