About The Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator to join our experienced team of professionals. You will provide support for project managers in delivering a variety of interesting projects in our Water Division. You will report to the Senior Project Controls Specialist and work a hybrid schedule, coming into our Puyallup, Washington location for client and team collaboration.

About The Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator to join our experienced team of professionals. You will provide support for project managers in delivering a variety of interesting projects in our Water Division. You will report to the Senior Project Controls Specialist and work a hybrid schedule, coming into our Puyallup, Washington location for client and team collaboration.
You Will:
- Support project functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, project delivery support, project status tracking, meeting coordination, and workload forecasting.
- Provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables.
- Coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and our clients to ensure that projects are delivered with attention to quality, schedule, and budget.
- 3 years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout.
- Technical editing and document proofing experience.
- Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments.
- Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and SharePoint. Experience in technical report editing and formatting. Experience with BST10 and Concur knowledge will be a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, working closely with project teams, managers, and clients to support project delivery.
