Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applied behavior analysis, with a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

Duties

1. Conducting assessments to identify behavioral issues or areas for improvement.
2. Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
3. Collaborating with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to refine intervention strategies.
4. Collecting and analyzing data on client behavior and intervention effectiveness.
5. Analyzing data to make informed decisions about treatment adjustments.
6. Directly implementing behavior intervention plans with clients.
7. Training and supervising licensed personnel on intervention strategies and data collection procedures.
8. Ensuring that staff are following treatment plans accurately and consistently.
9. Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, parents, and healthcare providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.
10. Documentation and reporting.
11. Adhering to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
12. Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
13. Providing guidance and support to clients and their families regarding behavior management and progress.
14. Understand disciplinary parameters.
15. Participate in Professional Development opportunities.
16. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, and/or case manager.
17. Ensure HIPAA guidelines and procedures are maintained.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• BCaBA certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• West Palm Beach, FL 33406 (Preferred)
