Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Arabic-speaking Project Manager to oversee enterprise-level projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be high-energy, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in project management. The role requires someone who can efficiently handle project execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation while ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to budget and objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, internal teams, and clients to align project expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure seamless communication between cross-functional teams using Arabic and English.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• 3 years of experience in managing enterprise projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
