Job Overview
We are a general contracting company specializing in home renovations. We are seeking hardworking skilled remodelers with a carpentry background to join our team. This role requires versatility, as the ideal candidate will take on a variety of tasks in remodeling and construction. Applicants must have their own tools and a truck for transportation. Jobs will be located around Tampa Bay, Clearwater, Sarasota, Orlando and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation is a must.

We are offering competitive pay ranging from $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Health and dental insurance may also be available after the orientation period. Responsibilities:

• Perform remodeling tasks such as:
• Installing doors and windows
• Hanging cabinets
• Framing
• Light drywall and finish work
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and plans to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• A truck for transportation
• Basic hand and power tools (owned by the applicant)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Year round work
