EMS Liaison - McAllen, TX

Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between EMS, hospitals, fire departments, law enforcement, and other emergency responders.
- Facilitate information exchange to ensure that the proper resources are available during emergency situations.
- Ensure all communication between agencies is clear, efficient, and effective.

Training and Support:
- Provide education and training to EMS teams on new protocols, policies, or technologies.
- Support EMS personnel in understanding their roles and responsibilities within a broader healthcare or emergency response system.

Protocol Development and Compliance:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to establish or revise emergency response protocols, ensuring they meet regional or national guidelines.
- Monitor EMS systems for compliance with local, state, or federal regulations.

- Ensure smooth operations by tracking and evaluating EMS response times, incidents, and patient outcomes.
