We are seeking a reliable and skilled Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking up repossessed vehicles and transporting them to designated locations.
This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to handle various types of vehicles.
This position has the potential to earn between $37,440 to more than $100K per year with incentives.
Duties :
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation
- Perform basic automotive repair tasks, such as changing tires or jump-starting batteries
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns
- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information and destination
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate assignments
