We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties
- Perform inventory management tasks including tracking stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
- Execute order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Operate forklift and order picking equipment safely and efficiently to move products as needed. Training can provided.
- Physically assist the unloading and verification of all inbound inventory containers.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with equipment and warehouse daily checklist and maintenance.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following proper storage procedures for various products.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in warehouse management practices with a strong understanding of inventory control systems.
- Proficient with basic math skills for proper inventory counts.
- Experience in Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in the picking packing processes with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues that may arise during operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper safety standards.
- Familiarity with shipping receiving procedures and documentation requirements is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
