Sales Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Sales experience required
- Knowledge of or willing to learn CRM software required
- Experience/Knowledge of construction/AG equipment, Exmark mowers, and Bobcat Machinery preferred

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the sales process, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
- Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
- Communicates effectively and professionally with co-workers and managers, relaying all information affecting sales, market trends, and conditions, market segment performance and competitive situations.
- Prepares occasional reports, verbal or written, to support this communication.
