What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG)?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for Trye Group LLC & PRMG. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with Loan Officers and Account Executives for our high producing million-dollar mortgage branch and develop an in-house marketing department for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and Trye Group, LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Work with management to create a marketing strategy for branch loan officers.
- Take charge of scheduling marketing events, print material, social media, and running our internal CRM System (GoHighLevel)
- Update configuration of GoHighLevel and other employee-used platforms as needed
- Collaborate and build relationships with outsourced marketing support teams
- Create and post content on all company social media platforms
- Build and create analytics to report on marketing activity campaign effectiveness.
- Consult with Loan Officers to gain a greater knowledge of their marketing objectives.
- Event planning for client and branch events to include; media days, happy hours, seminars and holiday party.
- Network and engage networking referral partners.
- Work as a liaison with our corporate marketing department to ensure marketing material is compliant with mortgage laws.
- Responsible for graphic design and content of brochures, flyers, and postcards.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly marketing updates reporting on metrics, analytics, creative suggestions for ad campaigns, etc.
Compensation:
- This is salaried position with bonus capabilities
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Related 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM system
- Marketing and Graphic Design with familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail a must
- Email and Social Media campaign experience.
- Technologically advanced and able to assist in resolving general tech issues
