What You’ll Do
Event Management
· Plan, manage, and execute signature fundraising events including, but not limited to, the annual Black-Tie Gala and Golf tournament.
· Develop and manage detailed event calendars, project timelines, project plans, run of show, presentations and budgets.
· Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, lighting, audio-visual needs.
· Facilitate sponsorship solicitation, stewardship, and acknowledgment.
· Secure and manage in-kind donations and auction items.
· Lead event committees, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
· Oversee development and review of all event collateral such as invitations, programs, signage, digital content and giveaways.
· Manage all guest lists.
· Collaborate with the marketing team for media exposure, social media promotions, and press releases.
· Maintain accurate financial reporting and post-event analysis in coordination with Accounting and Raiser’s Edge.
· Supervise the pre-planning, day of and onsite execution for all events including coordination of staff, speakers, guests of honor, etc.
· Post events follow up and debriefing of all initiatives.
· Management and oversight of all events receivables and payables. Ensure industry compliance.
· Review and oversight of Nex-Gen and third-party events, including organizational coordination with collateral, volunteer or staff coverage, finances and volunteer support. (Blues Fest, King of the Beach, etc.)
Volunteer Management
· Develop, promote, and maintain a wide range of volunteer opportunities within Parc Center for Disabilities, including but not limited to, individuals, community groups, and corporate groups.
· Create clear and meaningful volunteer roles that support various areas of Parc Center for Disabilities operations, including special events, programs, and marketing.
· Conduct engaging volunteer orientation and training to ensure volunteers feel prepared and valued.
· Supervise volunteers, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and rewarding experience for both volunteers and Parc Center for Disabilities’ participants.
· Maintain accurate volunteer records and provide timely reports on participation and impact.
· Manage Parc Center for Disabilities Annual Holiday Participant Gift Program including sponsorship outreach, volunteer coordination, and gift distribution.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
· Strong background in event planning required; volunteer management experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Valid Florida Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record.
· Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a Level II Background Check & Drug Screening. Parc is a Drug-Free Workplace.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Parc-approved verbal, defensive, and control procedures, CPR, and First Aid certifications (training provided.) Must complete Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training and maintain certification.
