What You’ll Do
- Help individuals develop job skills and thrive in community-based employment
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure success in the workplace
- Work one-on-one with individuals to build confidence and independence
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Be a champion for inclusion, advocating for individuals with disabilities in the workforce
- Travel to job sites and support participants based on their work schedules
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A heart for helping others – This is more than a job, it’s a mission!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Services, Human Services, Business) and one-year experience, preferred.
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional work experience in the field of disabilities may substitute for the educational requirement.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) & ability to maintain records.
- Physical ability to assist participants if needed (lifting up to 50 lbs).
