Commercial Plumbing Project Manager/Superintendent

Job Overview:
Pardue Plumbing, a Greenville based plumbing company, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various plumbing projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. A project manager works to prevent issues with scope of work while also managing individual tasks for their respective team with keen attention to detail

DUTIES OF A PROJECT MANAGER

· Check & respond to emails as they come in

· Stay current on pricing for frequently used materials

Bid new commercial projects

o Once projects are accepted; Review contracts

o Send fixtures for quotes

· Manage current projects, including but not limited to:

· Initial contractor meetings

· Start jobs in scheduling system and continue scheduling commercial work in scheduling system throughout the entirety of the job

· Do the take-off lists for project

· Order material & have material delivered to job site; this includes any equipment needed to complete project as well. Confirm fixture orders & keep open communication with supply house

· Keep open communication with GC

· Keep open communication with onsite contact/crew

· Manage change orders

· Follow up with ongoing commercial projects periodically during the build out process

· Complete invoicing in quickbooks

· Track Job P & L in quickbooks

· Submit pay apps according to contracts

· Confirm payments received

Residential Construction

· Draw out house plans if needed

· Communicate with plumbing desk regarding scheduling of new residential construction; including sub crews

· Follow up with ongoing new construction periodically during the build out process

Skills:

-Knowledge of Quickbooks

-Knowledge of city/building/plumbing codes.

-Proficiency in using such systems as Bluebeam, ProCore, etc.
- Proficiency in project engineering principles.
- Experience in business process modeling within the plumbing industry.
- Strong background in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Excellent skills in project planning and resource allocation.

-Licensed plumber preferred but required for position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
