We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, place customer orders, and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be able to make quick and accurate decisions and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information.
- Provide customer service and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
- Complete order entry
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
