Who We’re Looking for
Someone who:
Has experience designing for technical audiences (status dashboards, user management, integrations, etc.)
Can effectively take a systems view of administrative features
Is open to and responds quickly to feedback from peers (design, product, etc.) and leadership
A good communicator who clarifies problems to solve and aligns the team on an approach
Works independently and effectively with Product and Engineering to represent a pillar (collection of features) for admin users
Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to create wireframes and other design artifacts
Surface opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences
Deliver designs that align with the ParentSquare design system, standards, and accessibility requirements
Deliver designs within scope and required timeframe
Clearly communicate and present your work and learnings to peers and leadership
Deliver dev-ready artifacts and collaborate with Engineering through implementation
Be self-directed, organized, motivated and driven to get the details right
Qualifications
5 years as a product or user experience designer
Proficient using Figma and JIRA
Enterprise app experience
Experience in EdTech is a plus
Online portfolio showing UI skills is required

The salary range for this role will be $115,000 to $160,000, DOE.
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
