2025 Summer Internship Information :

Roles will be posted from November 30th 2024 until February 28th. Phone interviews with the Talent team will take place beginning in January 2025 with final interviews taking place Late February through March.

Cost Containment Customer Strategy & Enablement Summer Intern

At Pareto, we are committed to empowering businesses with effective cost-containment strategies while enabling long-term value creation. Our Customer Strategy & Enablement team focuses on delivering impactful solutions, optimizing operations, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The Cost Containment Intern will support the Customer Strategy & Enablement team with data analysis, reporting, and project management, contributing to operational efficiencies and customer-focused strategies. This internship is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable managing tasks independently and collaborating within a dynamic team environment.

Competencies desired :

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF

Understanding of GTM strategies and customer ops

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Creative and self-motivated

Familiarity with product management and project management principles

What you will do :

Collaborate on customer strategy and engagement initiatives to enable cost-containment efforts.

Perform data analysis and create detailed reports using tools like Excel, Word, and Salesforce.

Support internal enablement projects related to GTM (go-to-market) strategies and customer operations.

Assist in project management tasks, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and updates.

Develop and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key initiatives.

Contribute to marketing and sales enablement projects by applying creativity and strategic thinking.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement through data insights and technology.

Work on tech-savvy reporting projects and support the implementation of innovative solutions.

About you :

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field..

Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August.

Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior attending an accredited College or University
