Position Summary :
This role lives within Pareto's Product organization and is designed to support the leader of the Cost Containment, Customer Strategy function in developing strategic initiatives that support increasing both the marketable value of and the adoption of Pareto's cost containment services.
Key Responsibilities :
Growth enablement :
- Sales Enablement Strategy : In collaboration with marketing, develop and implement sales enablement strategies and collateral to ensure sales teams and brokers are fully equipped with tools, resources, and training to engage prospects effectively. Gather data, insights and feedback in order to iterate / refine approach and make continuous improvements over time.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Strategy : Partner with Marketing, Sales / AM, & Product teams to create and execute go-to-market plans and impact monitoring for new products and services, ensuring these align with broader customer strategy and market conditions.
- SME / Sales Partnership : Act as designated Cost Containment subject matter expert to partner with sales / leadership on necessary external facing presentations. Design and deliver high-impact presentations for internal / external stakeholders and consultants / prospect / clients, ensuring clarity in messaging and alignment with the go-to-market strategy. This may include traveling or virtually participating in high impact meetings where cost containment SME presence is necessary.
