The People Team Summer Intern will work closely with HR professionals on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support talent development, and optimize organizational processes in People Operations, Learning & Development, Talent & HR Systems. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple facets of HR while building skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What you will do :
Assist in the execution of employee engagement initiatives, including event planning, surveys, and recognition programs.
Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.
Participate in projects related to training and development, such as researching best practices, creating training materials, and organizing workshops.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Help maintain and enhance HR systems and tools, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance..
About you :
Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior attending an accredited College or University
Enrolled in a Bachelor's program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Ability to work in our Philadelphia, PA office beginning in June through August.
