Salesforce Administrator I
Job Introduction:
At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator I to support all aspects of the Salesforce platform, including managed packages and connected solutions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and with first-time quality.
Who we are looking for:
Motivated individuals with a general understanding of Salesforce administration that are eager to learn and grow within the role. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills and a client focused approach.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in supporting service desk and direct requests from staff, help maintain status tracking in an internal ticketing system, and work towards meeting established turnaround time standards.
- Learn to manage declarative solutions in support of sprint work and assist in resolving production bugs, maintain documentation in user stories, and support testing efforts for changes.
- Collaborate across teams with a diverse group of stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving integrations.
- Conduct root-cause analyses on issues and effectively document and communicate feedback on improvements to core development team.
Additional details:
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience preferred, basic understanding of CRM (customer relationship management) software and willingness to learn about the full sales cycle and contract lifecycle management. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree (required).
